If stored properly, the chocolates will stay at their best for two weeks after purchase.
Once purchased, the chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place. Don’t put them in the fridge – that could alter the texture, appearance and even the taste. During the summer months, store them in an air-conditioned room, in the basement or in a cellar. The rest of the year, keep them at room temperature.
