Homemade marshmallows

Fresh vanilla marshmallows dipped in dark chocolate.

To make homemade marshmallow, bring sugar water with vanilla to a boil. Add gelatin sheets. Beat like eggs until stiff. Let stand and put the mix in a pouch. Make small caps and dip them in dark chocolate.

You can also avoid all these steps by ordering some right here. To indulge yourself even more, let them melt in your hot chocolate or eat them between two crackers by the fireplace.
