Delivery
When shipping your order, we take great care to insure that the chocolates arrive as fresh and as beautiful as when they left us. However, certain events are out of our control; extreme weather, shipping conditions, etc. All sales are final once the transaction is accepted.
Allergies
All our products may have been in contact with nuts, peanuts, dairy products, eggs, soya, gluten, gelatine, and/or other allergens.
Storage
Your chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place, between 15c and 22c. In the winter, this means, at room temperature and in the summer, in an air-conditioned space, basement, or cellar. The chocolates are best consumed within ten days of their arrival.
Shipping delays
Orders received Monday through Thursday, before noon, are shipped the same day. Orders received Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are shipped the following Monday. Please give us any and all shipping details for an efficient delivery (i.e. apartment number). Shipping times can vary according to product availability. Should this apply to your order, we will contact you promptly.
